DeltaMaker Research, the research and development arm of DeltaMaker, is set to share its recent R&D endeavors with attendees at the East Coast RepRap Festival (ERRF) in Bel Air, Maryland this weekend.
Central to the presentation is a large-format 3D printer with a foldable design. This feature allows for a more efficient use of space while maintaining the advantages of large-scale printing. The printer is designed with interchangeable toolheads, enhancing its functionality.
In addition, DeltaMaker Research will introduce a newly developed touch probe mechanism aimed at improving print accuracy. The team will also share a prototype of an energy-efficient build surface which provides excellent adhesion without needing to be heated.
